She also pioneered influencer-driven content franchises, brand trips, and streamlined Marriott’s influencer and creator program.

Previously, as Marriott’s first social brand marketing lead, she built the discipline from the ground up and scaled it post-Starwood merger. She launched Moxy Hotels with a small and scrappy team and later led global brand marketing for JW Marriott Hotels, part of Marriott International’s Luxury Brand group. In this role, she repositioned the brand within the well-being space and oversaw all consumer marketing efforts, including digital, social, media, creative, PR, experiential, and partnerships. Throughout her tenure, Amy worked across all brand segments—Luxury, Lifestyle, Premium, and Select—spending the majority of her time in Lifestyle.

Before Marriott, Amy held roles at media and creative agencies, as well as startups. Most notably, she spent several years at Warner Bros. Pictures, developing digital and social strategies—before they became mainstream—for over 150 films, including multiple Academy Award winners.
